I got a ascended gloves box in a fractal today, i didnt needed the skin or stats cuz i was changing that anyway, i was really happy about it so i just clicked a random glove. After changing the stats to berserkers i came to conclusion it was a medium armor, i was so stupid i didnt check it first. Would there be a way to change my medium to heavy armor?

Hate to sound rude but..Don’t waste customer supports time with this. It was your fault.

It clearly gives the needed information about the gloves. Customer Support isnt there to fix everyones booboo’s or that is ALL they would do ALL day.

They have more important things like resolving actual account issues.

And yet the CS Team fixes boo-boos quite often. You can create a ticket and see if they can help you; they often do.
