My friend’s account was blocked, we submit a request and get the ticket number 408291, it has alerady over 72 hours, between this 72 hours, we just receive a mail inform your agent will fully review the issue, and somebody will do some additional investigatiion. That’s all !
Would you mind check it for me? Waiting for your reply.

If it hasn’t been over 72 hours since the last time someone responded to you from CS, you will need to wait for them to investigate your issue. If it has been over 72 hours since the last time you got a reply, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky for ‘Tickets 3 Days and Older’. Good luck.

Thank you Inculpatus, i post here is because i have 4 friends block together, other 3 has already resolved, but this unluck guy was the first one receive the mail, and till now still block.
