account blocked cant use forums

my account was blocked and i havent used it for 5 months atleast, im trying to submit a ticket since i was obviously hacked and i cant submit a ticket it says that all feilds must be filled in and i filled them in. i cant use the forums either so i need some help. this is not my account

There are also two buttons where options must be chosen. Are you selecting an option for each of them?

Only the fields marked with a red * are required. You may be missing the “Specific Issue” field, or you may be using a browser that’s having trouble displaying the form correctly. Here’s a screenshot to help you out (this is what it looks like in Firefox).

You should have the web team update that page with something to indicate that’s a menu that needs a selection. It keeps causing issues.

Totally agreed. It has the red * but it’s not noticeable enough.
