My email —- was hi jacked and i sent in a support ticket 4 or so weeks ago and no response, i havent opened anything other then email activation on that account so i wasnt careless on phishing but i dont know if the main servers were hacked into or not

Post you ticket number in the 3 days or more thread and they can help you with your ticket. Not sure what else you are looking for with your post. If you want help, that is the thread to post in.

If you hadn’t asked to have a different email account associated with your game account, you will need to do so now. Never display your Account Name anywhere the public can see. That gives ‘hackers’ half the information to access your account.

If your email account is compromised, the usurpers just intercept any correspondence from CS, so you will never get them. You would need to create a different email address and contact CS through that.
