so i have submitted a ticket changed my password to both my email and game. most of my chars and guilds banks were cleared of anything of value. what i would like is a acknowledgement from anet that they have recevied the ticket even a automated response would ease my worry.

You should get an automatic acknowledgement of your email within the first 24 hours. If you haven’t gotten it, check your spam and junk folders per this thread here .

On a side note, your account may be eligible for a roll-back, but the stuff or money in any guild bank is not going to be returned…. They don’t roll those back…ever.
