May I know why I cant reinstate? I am a victim of the fraud cdkey. I have already register a new cdkey to that account. what happen to that cdkey now? Its so unfair.. i train and play all this while and get banned for something like that and no chance to get back my account.. if possible please help. my ticket number #121027-000349
