My friend’s account has got suspended.
She has English problem, so I help her to ask the question here.
I helped her to apply request ticket(1663899) .

She receive a mail which says


The information you have provided is not sufficient enough for us to verify your ownership of this account. In order for us to properly assist you further we need you to provide at least one of the following:
Your Guild Wars 2 Serial Code:
Last four digits (ONLY) of the credit/debit card used:
Order ID for the purchase of the serial code or purchases made on the account:
——-

She tells me that she cannot find the Serial Code.
And she forgets other 2 things which the mail request.(NOT SURE)

I just want to ask….
any other information she can try to provide to prove that she is the account owner.

The last one is the receipt email sent when purchasing the Serial Key (if purchased through ArenaNet). A store receipt would suffice, I’m sure, if purchased elsewhere.

If your friend can’t answer the simple security questions, your friend will be unable to receive help. Then you’ll be left with just serving out the suspension.
