i have 2 accounts, 1 for my son and me..
cant login to either of them, i was asked to buy new serial key, i attached to my account, and thats where all whent wrong, key dident work, and my sons account dont work either now..
total i bourght the game 4 times, none is working.
and support, take way to long for a respons

If you can log into the forum you can log in to the game. And anything less than 3 days is not way too long.

first of all, they messed it up by them self, they was going to refund a payment, for a 3rd game, since the payment site whent down, and i dident know it whent trough.
i made it clear that they shouldent close the account i was playing whit.
but they closed my account, they tell me to by a new serial key, i use this key by im still blocked..
and this morning my sons account is allso down.
and i have no clue why i cant login, but saying if i can login here, i can allso login into game aint working.

There is probably some communication error judging by the way you’re typing. You should slow down and type correctly. Make sure you get every character right and that you’re really saying what you’re trying to say. If your ticket is 3 days old, put a ticket number up for ms gray to have a look when she is here.

From what I have read in other posts, they only ask you to buy a new serial key when the one you are using is not valid. Did you buy the game or keys from a legitimate seller?
