Hello quick question, I’m picking up an ssd next week and unfortunately my ISP limits how much I can download a month

I was wondering if I can just simply move gw2 folder from hdd-> ssd and then update the shortcut manually or is there more to it?

yes, ish, i did on my surface pro, used public wifi to do a patch ;D

Yes you can, just copy the entire GW2 folder from your current drive and drag it onto the SSD when you install it,

Make sure your SSD is in a Sata3 port ( 6gb/s )

Then just update or remake the shortcut.

yes, that is why everything in one folder.
My dual boot windows 7 and windows 10 use the same GW2 folder(so one GW2 copy).
