Sorry for the delay, the support gave me a solution that worked yesterday

They asked me to redirect to other login server by adding -assetsrv [ip] option to the gw2.exe

But today after the update it does not work…

This happened to me too! Ive tried near everything but some things im too nervous about meddling with.

Help?!

In my opinion something blocking part of the connections to the login server, or the gw2 server have a bug in the system

after few more tires it work. try the following:

1. Navigate to your Guild Wars 2 folder. By default, this will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2.
2. Right-click on “GW2.exe” and select “Create Shortcut.”
3. Right-click the shortcut and select “Properties.”
4.In the “Target” line, put whatever is currently there inside quotation marks, then add -assetsrv 174.35.71.9:80 at the end.
>>>>>Correctly Formatted Example: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -assetsrv 174.35.71.9:80
>>>>> Incorrectly Formatted Example: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe -assetsrv 174.35.71.9:80”
5. Click “Ok” to save your changes. If you get an error, your target line may not have the correct format. Please try Step 4 again.
6. Make sure Guild Wars 2 is not running.
7. Use the new shortcut to launch Guild Wars 2.

*UPDATE
it is random. sometimes it work, and sometimes does not
