Why can’t I name a new character Chie Amano? What is in the name that is offensive?

I wanted to make a new Canthan descent engineer for the upcoming expansion for the new engineer elite spec so my old one can stay as a scrapper.

Apparently something in her name or combinations of letters is a swear or curse word.

Yet Chi Amano worked fine.

It won’t allow “Chie” specifically. It could be an employee’s name, like how they have “Gaile” blacklisted for example.
