cannot access some of my characters

i cannot access some of my characters. when i log into them the game freezes..

however i can log onto my low level thief who is in hearts of the mist.

Customer Service will help you via the ticket but have you tried repairing your local DAT file?

Use the following link and find the -repair command line option.

This is not at all a common experience, but we’ve had instance of this and I feel sure that submitting a ticket will get you the help you need. So please submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page, then clicking “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand section of that linked page.
