downloaded setup.. disable firewall.. run as admin.. gets to 10213 KB then closes out.. doesnt do anything else… answer??

Try to update your Graphic card’s driver. I have a friend who had the same problem, and it solved it like that.

Setup downloads the client (which is another EXE file, specifically gw2.exe) and then attempts to run it. From your report I can see that you are running some kind of anti-virus software. It’s possible it prevents the client from launching properly. Try to disable it.

Btw, if you do manage to install the game, you probably won’t be happy with performance considering your specs. But good luck.

disabled ESET antivirus.. along with firewall.. no results.. i click the setup.. goes up to 10213KB.. then stops.. and closes

I would go to the Microsoft site, and ensure you have all of the latest Windows Updates, and look for stability updates that might be optional. I’m with xcom though, your system specs are pushing the limit.

Can any techies from GW2 Answer me? No offense to others but none of these suggestions are working.. when i click setup.. it acts like it is going to go but then it just closes out..

might as well close this thread if nobody is going to answer
