If you applied your new Serial Key to your old account, you will need to contact the CS Team to have them remove the Serial Key so you can apply the Key to a new account. Once an account is terminated, it can’t be re-opened.

wow thats actually disappointing, bought the ultimate package hoping to play it and i leave tomorrow night :/ was hoping to at least got to play it for a little bit before i had to leave for a month, wish i could unactivate the code and just make a new account and play it now
You could always create a Play4Free account, and apply the Serial Key to it, once the CS Team removes it from your old account.

Yes, and you will have to create a new account, if this account is your old terminated-because-of-refund account.
Thus, you can get a head-start on creating said new account by creating a P4F account, and then applying the Serial Key that the CS Team removes from the refunded account.
