yesterday i bought the digital heroic edition registration complete.

the problem that i encounter was while in the client of the game i’m typing in my account name and password and it telling me " has encounter an error"

the error is 11: 1001:2:1272

can someone help me please

When logging in, use your Account Name (email address associated with the game account) and your password (chosen at registration).

A common reason for ‘encountered an error’ is using your Display Name (maria.6741).

It’s the exact same thing you are using to log into the forums. You can check your password in your browser’s tools, if you have saved it there, just to be sure.

Game Log-in: Account Name (email address) and Password.

I’m having similar problems as well. After downloading the game following the purchase, I couldn’t log in as the client wouldn’t recognize the password. I eventually changed it after getting help from tech support, but the client still won’t recognize it.

After resetting the password, I’m still unable to log in. “The Password you entered is invalid. Please check your information and try again.”

I am having the same problem accepted I am an old user of the game.

Make sure you are using your Account Name (email address associated with your game account) to log in rather than your Display Name (XXX.1234).

Well, this time my answer was this:

“Validate Your E-mail Address

Your email address has not been validated. This important security measure will help us protect your account against hacking attempts as well as help us contact you in case you need to recover your account."

After sending the validation email, I finally got accepted.

I am also having this issue, have submitted a support ticket. (I was already logged in to the forums.)

Just posting here to add a report to the chorus.

Aaaand… I was able to change my PW using my browser’s autologin on the forums, rather than using the Recover Account link. So problem solved.
