Hi I have 2 problems:

1. This account i can’t change the email adress to a new one.
2. My son’s account also have a expired email adress but he dont know any of his character names anymore so i can’t recover hid account.

How to sole these issues ?

You will have to submit a ticket with support to get the email changed, top of the page.
