You cant at the moment we dont have a clue if you ever will be able to, probabely becouse it xmas holliday going on or if not the great wall of silence strikes again.

It’s an outrage! I wasted Ascended Shards of Glory on that thing and am pretty miffed right now as Support told me to post here for the devs, for they don’t have information on if and when ascended gear purchased from the PvP League Vendor will ever be useable in the Mystic Forge.
