i haven’t played GW2 in 4 months and thats not because i got bored but because i loved the game so bad and after managing to get its price i bought it , i had the most fun in my life , but i choose the american region when i bought it and i live in U.A.E so the time difference is big , i wanted to change to euro servers but it seems it require a lot of money

i want to know how to change ?
for how much ?
is there any other way that i dont have to bay ( cant every account got a single chance ?)

The only other way is to delete all your characters, you can then change for free (once every 7 days so choose carefully).

and what will happens to AP ? and my money , loot , gear , crafting

Yes I can confirm. When you delete all your characters you can transfer to any server. So also from an NA server to an EU-server.

Your bank account will be transfered with you, so anything stored there (including items in your wallet like gold and karma) will be transferred and usable for your new characters. This includes account bound items (not soulbound items).

-note: items in a (personal guildbank will not transfer, as well as that your guild will need to rebuild all unlocks on the new server.).

The price of transfers without deleting all your characters depends on the server you are going to. and specially the population size.
For a medium populated server the price is 500 gems = 6,25 euro USD
For a high populated server the price is 1000 gems = 12,50 USD
for a very high populated server the price is 1800 gems: 16,25 USD

i need to check if the europe servers are populated when im online
there are only 2 hours different in time between U.A.E and europe ( CET ) time
so are there any website that displys number of people on certain servers ?
because i don’t want to delete my lvl 80 character and end up not having a better experience

No, there is no place to find a specific count for server populations. Some people use the WvW ranks to determine population. Some just guest around and find out for themselves. You can try asking in Players Helping Players. =)

WvW rank would be an awfull indicator for population, unless you are only interested in playing WvW.

That may be, but many use the Tier Rankings of WvW to determine server population. How accurate that is, or is not, can only be guessed at.

this is what i am confused about the whole “bank” transferring with you. Does that mean personal bank? or just the gems,karma, gold? And if it is personal bank with all of the consumables bonus when i go to make a new character on my new realm will it be attached to the first hero that i make? ty

Your (Account/personal) bank is account-wide. It is ‘attached’ to all your characters. If you have a personal Guild bank, that will not transfer with you, and anything in it will stay on the server it was created on. Same with any non-personal Guild banks and/or influence.

As for ‘consumables bonus’, if you mean Achievement bonuses like Magic Find, XP bonus, etc., those are Account bonuses, and will travel with the account.

Nothing that is character-bound will travel with you. Everything that is account-bound will.
