Guild Wars 2

i just purchased 2800 gems for $35. my first purchase was the character expansion for 800 gems. i then purchased the halloween mini pets for 500 and another minipet pack for 300 (both of which arrived by mail). this brings my gem total to 1200 which is accurate. however, i have no extra character slot, and no record of the character expansion purchase on my recent purchases tab. do the character slots show up on another realm? how do i proceed?

Did you log out and log back in? It may be one of those things that isn’t visible ingame until you relog so the client can apply the changes.
