Not sure where to ask this, so I ask this here in the tech forum.
I am trying to make a character with a specific name and the system tells me the name is taken. Can I transfer to a different server and try there if the name is free?
Or once the name is taken, this applies to all servers and this specific cannot be picked no matter which server you’re on?

As far as I know the names are worldwide. It doesn’t matter which server you try to pick the name on, if it’s taken on one it’s taken on all. Try changing the last letter of the name to an ascii character perhaps?
