Im using the mac version and I have encountered a problem choosing my own world. I was told to choose a world and I’ve choosen TC and yet I was transfered to underworld. Now im stuck on that server and clearly I have choosen TC (tarnished coast). Im not complaining about the world I have right now is just that im disappointed in this situation right now. Hoping for considerations and looking forward to solve this problem. Thank you
If you are absolutly sure you selected the right world and ended up on the wrong one, you can contact support. Go to https://en.support.guildwars2.com/ and ask a question.
I think it is very unlikely cause this bug is not documented here or on the game bugs section or in the mac-lient section. So I have to ask you the question if it might be so that you accidently misclicked when selecting your world. Keep in mind that support keeps records of everything you click and do. So they will see and just close the ticket if you did.
You can always change your world for free by deleting all characters. Any item that isnt soulbound can be stored in the bank

Hmmm im aware of that and it might be true on the way you point out my problem. Can I just ask how about my item collections and my money that is deposited in my bank? Will it be deleted pls I need your reply back thank you so much and may I ask what world are you currently in?
