hi, it has been one month that i am not able in the game. i feel so depressed. on June 27, i found that my account was hacked. i asked to resotore my items at that time. the ticket number was 130627-002008. the response that your customer service gave me was asked me to answer the questions to prove that i was the account holder. i answered. and the customer service admitted that my account was hacked, and promised to resotore my account to the date of June 26. however when i back to the game, it said that the account was terminated. they said that i was involved in the real-money trade. but i didnt do any thing obey the game rules. the only possibility is hakcer did everything. i feel so innocent. i appealled again after that. and the ticket was 130701-001584.but your answer was:the terminated of the account was final. i feel so confused. you have confessed that my account was hacked. everything done on the account was not by me but the hacker. the only fault of mine maybe the carelessness of the security of the web. but what you can do is to help me back to the game, not terminate my account. i love the game. i hope that you can give me a chance to the game. i am innocent after all. thanks a lot.

There is no evidence this account was hacked. There is evidence that the account was used in breach of our User Agreement. There are very good reasons why the account will remain closed.
