i received a notification that my account is going to be closed or limited within 72 hours, the mail i received in game doesn’t have the icon of arena net so I considered that was not a real mail, is there any form that can help me to identify if it is really a gm or is just a player with really bad sense of humor

It is a phishing email. ArenaNet do not send emails warning you, they just close your account (if you are bad).

Report and ignore.

Read the “this wasn’t sent by Anet” message right at the bottom of the mail dialog!
