Q:
computer auto restart
This sounds like a blue screen of death (BSOD) or an overheat shutdown. BSOD is much more likely and more probable. The reason you dont see the BSOD is that your widows is set to automatically restart on errors.
Here is a link describing how to change this so you can see the error;
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/ht/automatic-restart-windows-7.htm
After making this change, if the computer BSOD’s again you will be presented with a error code pointing towards the reason for the crash. For example “BSOD_In_NV4dsp.dll” means an Nvidia graphics driver crash caused the problem. So get the code from your screen, restart and either post it here or try googling it for information.
thanks Lexandro.. i will try it tonight and see whats the cause
I’m not sure if this will help or not, but I encounter a significant FPS drop when fighting Bloomhunger because of the amount of reflections that are generated in that area. To reduce this, I simple turn reflections off for this fight. I would try that as well and see how that fares out.
