Not unless you want to buy a new account.

If you purchased your account within the last 30 days, you can request a refund and start over.

If you plan on buying the expansion, you can start a new account instead of upgrading.

Wait until the reveal tomorrow to see what the “free client” is about.

^ And what happens if your account get compromised and the “hacker” decides to sell everything of worth and then request a reset of the account?

If the account is reset it is extremely unlikely that they would be able to go back to the earlier state, since it most likely deletes all that information.

Not to mention the fact that achievement chests and such include stuff that can very much effect the economy and there are 1-time only deals on the gem store that also gives stuff that can turn into rather valuable things to be sold.

Except that it costs them time and money to do so. If you want to start fresh, buy a new account. They don’t do this. If you really think it’s a great feature to be added, send it in as a suggestion (no, this forum section is not how they accept suggestions).
