Hello.
I wanted to come back to gw2 after one monts break but i can’t log in launcher – error 42:1000:7006:1327 the game client is unable to acces log-in server at this time. My internet settings are the same as they were month ago. My pc specs are :
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel Core i5 4570 @ 3.20GHz
ASRock H87 Pro4 (CPUSocket)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (Gigabyte)2047MB
Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08RKKA0 (SATA)
8 gb ram

I have the same problem, same exact error code.
It was working fine yesterday for me and I haven’t changed any settings at all.
I use a Macbook Air, with Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63b)

yeah same i just got it today. an hr ago i could play it but after i rebooted my modem and my laptop they requested email authentication and i couldnt log in ever since. anyone know how to debug this?

My brother in law has the same issue. He only speaks Japanese so he had me look into it for him. I told him to turn off his firewall but that did not work. Please advise, he really enjoy’s playing, his account name is Kiwohaku.6189.

Hi, yes that error code and this issue is doubled up here in this post:

NCSoft has definitely banned an IP address range. Hopefully a forum moderator can direct this issue to an Arena Net employee and so on…

Well if they banned a group of ip addresses instead of the botter’s/spammer’s/etc that is infuriating as you put. If they answer you please post the solution in the, meantime i’m going to try to change his ip address see if that works.

I received a new IP address, and I am now able to connect.
However, as the new IP is in a similar range to the one I had before,
my connectivity may be coincidental with NCSoft lifting an IP address range block as of yesterday evening.
