Hello everyone!
I am a brand new player and I was very excited in playing GW2 since I used to play the first one for many years.
Though I found some trouble installing the thing (firewall and security system was the troublemaker) But nothing I couldn’t overcome.
But now I found myself with a new issue. I managed to install the game and create an account. So once the download was finished I wanted to login I had to wait 6 hrs for it to download and I made the account in the middle of the night (so me was sleepy) and I could not recall my password.
Well, I tried to recover my password or get a new one by clicking on the “forgot your password?” link and to my utter frustration it keeps giving me an error when I sent it in.
I send a ticket, of course but I was simply wondering if I was the only one with this particular issue or if there were more?
