hi guys,

I want to ask if this happened to somebody and what should I do to solve this problem because some kind of serious error prevents me from playing or even loading the gw2.

I am asking you because I dont know what to do and another solution might be just to reinstall the software. Should I do that? Wont I loose anything in game?

forgot to mention, I have this problem for at least one week but I did nothing except reporting it as it recommended, restarting the PC if the problem wasnt there

Not sure if this will help, but make sure nothing is interfering with the Coherent program. Scanners, firewalls, etc. Make sure it is whitelisted.

That error is caused when GW2 is blocked from executing CoherentUI. Check your anti-virus/firewall/security software and add an exception for GW2. Specifically, you’ll want to look for a feature called HIPS, sandboxing or something involving execution prevention. If your security software is set to an automatic/game mode, put it on manual so that any popups will be displayed. If you have a sandboxing featuring, disable it.

If that doesn’t help, open the folder where GW2 is installed (Gw2.exe) and delete the bin folder. If it still causes that error, move the folder where GW2 is installed to a personal location, such as your desktop.
