I have heard that the free Revive orb and XP booster in the BLTP on Feb6 are causing account bans. Is this true?
If so, I will gladly return the unused items.

I’ve only seen this as being a legitimately free promotion and others have cited the GW twitter stating as such. Where have you heard of bans being given for accepting the free items?

Just picked mine up so it’s still around after the PST reset of the Gem Shop.

Even if they did ban people it would not be for a few days the staff don’t do ban in a few hours after an offence

It is in the tradepost, advertised as a limited offer. It clearly says 1 per customer and it clearly says 0 gems in the price. This means that it is not a bug. If this was not meant to be (wich I seriously doubt), it is fully Arenanet’s fault.

It’s not a bug. Rubi Bayer posted the promotion announcement on the facebook page.

You have to “buy” it through TP, but they have a 0 gem price.
