My pc updated to the new windows 10 update recently. I logged off last night and shut down my pc. I tried to login today, the launcher loads up fine but the game crashes before it reaches the character select screen, tried both the 32 and 64 bit clients.
I also tried running check disk on my hard drives, no errors found.
reloaded older gpu drivers after running DDU (display driver uninstaller) no luck
used the new drivers following the same process
removed and tried different combinations of ram modules, no luck
ran the gw2 repair. no luck
I also tried disabling my av software, added exceptions for GW2. nada.
all other games work perfectly fine.
I have run out of ideas of what else to try
