so this has been happening recently and i dont know how to fix it.. my internet works fine and i can also watch youtube but why game doesnt work?
error code is “58:11:5:535” please help me.

My client kicked me out, and continues to crash after the character select screen. Error 19:9:13:1498:101

Just updated and now my game keeps crashing. I log in, click on play for my character and then it crashes.

It updated with out any problems, I got back into the game, was selling mats on the tp, and then I crashed. Everytime I try to go back into the game it pops up with an error, and also gives me this info:

“The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again.”

Error Code: 58:11:5:535

we all got the same issue. Happend after update, seems like servers are down. Even forum reloads REALLY slow atm.

Same issue after several crashes. The forum seems not to go well. Hope it works better tomorrow. ^^

Mine wont let me log back in, saying its unable to access log-in server, but gives me a different error code:
58:11:5:535

Same here – was in blooldstone with a guild mate and both of us dced. Neither of us can get back in.

Same issue. my game crashed in middle of a raid . and now I can’t log in to my account. It says: the game client was unable to log in game server. restart doesn’t work.

Please Arenanet balance your login servers, or your patch rolluot plan, or both.

I have same problem this morning. My net is fine. I get to the SMS authentication and it gives me that error.

Joke aside.. we all have the same problem ^.^
It is related to the update, dont worry. It will be fixed soon enough (probably by tomorrow). If they cant fix the upgrade they will most likely run a back-up Before the update.

Be patience.. and yea, seems like the forum is affected somehow (reloading time is painful)

I can’t get past the character select screen after the soulbound bug issue was fixed. Wondering if this is also what you are experiencing. I want to play!

Hi, so since spamming this to the facebook is a pointless endeavor, Is there any news for people who still cannot log back in, usually it seems they get a message about connection errors when trying to log in, also, speaking from experience, they cant access the website at all to even submit a support ticket.

Yesterday like most of ppl i get the crash after finish lvl 78 fractal (i got all the rewards and from fractal ) and we was ready to start the second one from t4 when i get the crash.
afetr many try of relog i quiet and restart the game.
BUT for my surprise today i realise that i have lost not only the rewards from last think i have done but 1 entire tier from spvp seazon … before (like 30 min earlier) doing fractals , i have finish my spvp on division ruby tier 6 whith 3 pips already win. … Now in this morning at finaly relog i am ruby/t5/2 pips…
why? can get back those hours of pvp?

All accounts were rolled back. You will likely need to replay any lost matches.

i need a answer from anet . i am not responsable for the crash, then they should, at least, apologize to the players in game. (not mention the time lost)

If you want an individualized response, you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below.

Be prepared for some time to pass before said response; I’m guessing there will be an even larger volume of requests to get through than there already was.

I logged in today, after the rollback. The game will let me log in but everytime I try to play it errors out saying there is a network issue. The network is fine, there have been no firewall changes and the client can talk to the servers otherwise I wouldn’t be able to log in at all. Any idea as to why i still can’t “play”

Some have had success with either -repairing the client, running as Administrator, or both.
