Guild Wars 2

Hi, well got this problem, im sure i’m not the only one having it. i start downloading the game whit not troubles, and then i play some offlines games to killing time when i got an error and my pc crashes, so i have to restart, i was on 8.87gb of the download and for my surprise after the restart of the pc, the game download was restarted too..??? i restart a few time hoping that was just my imagination but not, my gw2 .dat was stuck at 8.87gb and all the archives was starting again.

so any clue or help????

The download wasn’t restarted, it will check files you had already downloaded first and will then continue with downloading.

Only problem is that you can’t see the difference, it looks as if it restarted but if you look closely you should see that the speed is a lot higher when checking files then actually downloading files.

but why my gw2.dat doesnt move?? i mean its same length as before the crash, 8.87gb, and i don’t see the size get higher as long as continue the download.
