my guild wars 2 gem card is not working. When i type the cod on the gem card it says that the code can not be redeemed. I tried several times and it still will not work. Can you please help me.

You can return the Gem Card to the retailer, and ask for a refund.

Some game cards act as prepaid phone cards at retailers. There is a small chance that your card was not “activated” when purchased from the retailer.
