hello i cannot purchase gold through the in game option on the currncy exchange it gives me this message saying

account suspended due to unacceptable behavior please try again after the suspension has expired

i just started this game less then 3 days ago waiting for this option to become available for me and now it says ‘’ account suspended’’ could really use some help here

How did you get enough gold to buy gems on a 3 day old account. Not accusing you of anything but did you buy gold from one of the in game gold spammers if so this is not legal in this game and hope you don’t lose your account completely. Also there may be a time limit for buying gems with a new account to prevent the above from happening

no i bought gems with paypal i ahve 2500 right now and it gives me the error code when i try to exchange it to some gold

I think this is one of the new account delays built into the game and that ANet won’t tell us how long the wait is. Sadly there are bad people who use unreported stolen CCs to buy gems, convert to gold, trade the gold and then when the account is killed, open a new account and start again.

well before it said that the gems to gold was disabled i asked support they said i wait around 3 days because the account was new which i did and now t lets me select it but gives me that error
