Nope.
It is a phising mail. Do not press any of the links.

ArenaNet will never send you mails like that. They will just suspend/ban you.

You should immediately remove your email address from public display. It is never a good idea to post log-in information.

This is a phishing attempt, and should be ignored and deleted. If you check the URL in question, you will see it leads to a site that is not one of the Official Guild Wars 2 sites. There is a Sticky addressing this issue at the top of the page for your perusal.

‘Just your email’ is half of the information needed to compromise your account. It is best practice to never post personal information publicly. =)

I get a lot of those exact emails. They’re just phishing attempts and I ignore them.
