this absolutely infuriates me, i bought a legitimate copy of this game from gamstop and i get a glorified coaster in return!?

ive put in a ticket but this is utter incompetence on the part of arenanet, how do you print copies of a game with invalid serial codes!? i paid good money for this expansion and now i have to sit around waiting for DAYS in hopes of maybe getting what i paid for? im furious about this, its total bull that this is even POSSIBLE to have occured

But what’s thier policy on defective products? Most countries have laws against that type of thing. It shouldn’t be hard to show an employee there that the is defective. Just use your phone to register your account in front of him/her and they’ll see it’s wrong.

Btw how many characters does your code have? Mine is 25 long, in an unusual grouping 6-5-4-3-7

Did you check that you typed all the letters correctly? Did you check if caps matter? Did try it with or without dashes?

Or did you just try once and jumped to the conclusion out of all the copies sold you got a fake code.

What would be more likely is a employee at the store opened it copied the key and then sealed it back up.

If there’s something that looks like a W in your key, it might be 2 V’s in a row.
