just to be sure, after getting my account back, and founding it perma banned, i should update my existing tiket or create a new one with the request to unban?

is realy so hard for the support unban the account in the same time they reset your credential?

I suggest that you update your existing ticket since it most likely has all the needed details to remove the ban + it has the history of your account restoration.

Besides that ticket numbers with older dates have a high priority, meaning that you’ll get a faster answer as well
