I’ll start off with saying thank you Anet support for getting me my account back so quickly, but I’m unsure of how to continue getting help with having my account rolled back to befor the incident.

I updated my question as soon as the hacker was kicked from my account, stating that the hacker took all my gold and my most valuable possessions, and that I would really appreciate some help with the new system you introduced on december 1st that rolls back accounts to previous states.

I havn’t seen a response since, and im wondering if I have to fill out a new question. I’m also curious of the hours that the support works, do they work over the weekend? I’d like to have my account rolled back asap, as any progress I make will just be erased.

The team might take some time to answer depending on how busy they are. Please have some patience, we know that waits are never enjoyable.
