guild wars 2 launcher keeps crashing

Beta, Character Select/Create, Enhanced Squad UI, Play for Free, Raids, Streaming Client, & Mac
im trying to install the game but it keeps crashing i tried everything but nothings works. This is the crash i get:

Your crashes are caused by LavaSoft programs. Remove or disable all LavaSoft programs to alleviate the crash.

i have disabeld my firewall and deleted lavasoft on my pc. its still don’t work . its says now that is stopped working ofr give me the crash error.

As long as it says this, you still have Lavasoft hooked into your system.
If you think you’ve removed it, open a command prompt (cmd.exe) as an administrator and enter the following commands, then reboot:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
