Hi there, been having this issue since i tried to play today, havent played in a while but my system hasnt been changed since last time i played the game.

The problem is that when i click on play the game briefly loads then immediately gives me this error message and links me to http://www.guildwars.com/support/en-hardwarefailure.php now i know that my system is not over heating (54c cpu after 3 hours of prime95.) and i did a memtest a few days ago. i have tried the -repair shortcut which hasnt worked. Like i said nothing has changed since last time i played the game other than the most recent patch so im all outa ideas. Any imput would be appreciated.

Gpu temps max out at 66c on a MSI GTX670 twin frozr IV. This issue is standalone to GW2 since i have been playing plenty of other games without issues of any kind since i last played GW2. I think I’ll wait for next patch and see if it still insists that my system has a problem

Hardware issue is actually reported from the OS itself.

The hard drive may have degraded beyond SMART allowances for example.

Hmm well after some tinkering im still having no luck, changed to XMP profile on RAM to a super lax 12-12-12-40 2T and removed the cpu overclock, still no joy. Hdd has 500 gb left and is nice and defragged. So im at a loss. Also ran another memtest and ran prime 95 for 12 hours with no troubles and ran a few instances of furmark and a few other benchmarks with no problems. So im guessing it some sort of software conflict somewhere, either way im not reinstalling my whole operating system so it was fun guild wars ill check on you in a couple of patchs or after i next reinstall windows

Morph, do u still need help with that? If so can u tell me if you are using programs like MSI Afterburner or maybe EVGA PrecisionX?
