What you get for buying gold, picking a simple password, giving account info out, or using the same password for other games.
If it was none of those, congrats you beat the odds of actually getting your game account hacked.
I feel for your loss buddy, but i have to say this.
How do people get hacked, seriously, HOW THE EFF DO YOU GET HACKED? Really the only way is to download some trojan or use a password that a toddler could brute force in 10 minutes.
I’d run a malware scanner or virus scanner if i where you instead of posting here.
In my 20+ years on the Internet with hundreds of accounts i NEVER got hacked once. How do you do it, seriously, i really want to know.

I have never been hacked in my entire online gaming history.
So how did they get you?
Be honest.
Most likely used the same login/password as somewhere else, or shared his account info with someone else.
That’s how 99% of people get “hacked”.

No need to be smug—I remember reading on another game forum about accounts being hacked and feeling smug-now its my turn, soon it may be you
Just thought i`d mention that I have never been hacked either (6 years), haven`t bought gold, haven`t done anything that i can think of.-no apparent viruses or malware- I change my password every couple of weeks or so . Just thought i`d post it as a reminder to people

That is very odd.
Not sure what to say other than it sucks.
I would imagine quite a bit of this is because of things like the sony and rift database hacks.
The problem stems from issues with server security and the players.
The players are not changing their passwords.
The server, like so many now, allows for an email login.
