They do not offer phone support. You will have to wait for a response to your ticket. Please don’t file extra tickets as that apparently slows down the process.

I don’t know what all they are able to return to you, if anything. It is possible you might not get any items back. But you can change servers yourself at the character select screen within the client.
Make sure you include all your account information on your ticket, as it’ll help the CSR’s get through it faster. It was either on the support page or on the FAQ where it said to include your email, user name (name.####), CDkey, store or digital purchase?, and any information relevant to the “hack” …. if your computer was being serviced, and you choose to save your password on the patcher, then that’s not really a “hack”, they just walked in through the open door and “defaced” your account.
They have said in the past that any “rollbacks” they can offer are account-wide, not character specific, and the points they can rollback to aren’t super up-to-date. They may be able to rollback your whole account if they implemented the system for occasional use before the changes were made to your account, but it would be a special case at best (rollbacks aren’t implemented at large yet, I presume because it would strain the server. be patient and explain calmly in your ticket about your specific problems. trust me, “yelling” or coming off as attitude to someone who’s supposed to help you will only get your case slowed down, i’ve worked customer service before, I know it well)

I am sorry that this happened to you, Tigg. I suggest you contact Support directly for help. Use the “Ask a Question” tab to submit a ticket. Please include as much information about your account as possible in your first ticket, as outlined in the post above, How to Contact Support.
The other information you have been given is kindly intended but not accurate. We do not have a way to restore or “roll back” your account. It’s really that simple. Please work with the assigned support agent and he or she will help you resecure the account and get you back in the game.
