I have an log-in attempt from someone in China

Country: CN

when I try deny access, I got a “Failure An error occurred with your request.” Is there a reason why I cannot deny access to the hacker that was attempting to get into my account? is it because the log in may be timed, and if access cant be granted in time, it doesn’t matter?

It happened to me as well … and this is my third times !
When I log in through GW2 website it said the freakin ip is AUTHERISED !?!?! and currently log in with ip range 2.0.0.0 – 2.255.255.255 and no disconnect button !!!!!
I tried to changed my password …. but I don’t know if anything might happen with my account since I didn’t log in for a big while.
ps. I’m so freak out rite now … trying to log myself back into the game. If anythin happen I hope A.net can restore my ID …..

Kimimaji, you have to open a ticket with support to have them remove the authorized IP address.

but why are these breaches happening…like the guy said he cannot even deny it? This whole system seems kitten’d up. Everyone keeps saying its user side but authenticators, IP authorization doesn’t seem to be working.
