Here is an example of graphics glitches I have to deal with in Guild Wars 2 on a daily basis:

Do any of you have tips on how to resolve this? Here are the details. This happens often when I zone into an area. It can often take 5 mins for the concept art loading screen to disappear and then another 10 minutes for all graphics to load. After this is done all is fine and dandy, until I go to another zone. Obviously my first thought would be that my internet connection is to blame.
I’ve tested my xfinity connection on a few speedtest sites and I ordinarily get an average of 57 mbps down and 10 mbps up. The thing I notice, however, is that the graph displayed on speedtest.net will often have a long period of high bandwidth but then will drop to 0 for about 10 seconds. It looks like this:

That being said, it baffles me that a 10 second net delay on occasion can cause a zone to load for 10 minutes+. I have given the ISP a call a few times and needless to say it, but they deny anything is wrong with my connection and tell me to reboot my computer, modem, etc and call back.
Second part of this lengthy story (my apologies) is that I vaguely recall this beginning around the time I got an Nvidia GTX 660. I gleefully upped my graphics settings and went on my way, but this lag began poking its ugly head into my life and I decided to just deal with it. I wonder now, however, if this may have something to do with the graphics card. I keep the drivers completely up-to-date whenever anything new comes up on my alerts. Could the problem possibly lie in an issue with not enough Watts in my power supply, though? There’s no noticeable difference in performance in single-player offline games like Batman: Arkham Origins and others, so I may just be wasting my time worrying about the card.
Lastly, do I need to put the game on an SSD to help with loads? I know the game should run fine on an ordinary HDD, but taking into account my ISP issue, would an SSD circumvent some of the loading issues somehow?
