a few days i got hacked and banned.
I have created a ticket(130427-000805),but the game master told me that: this account has been permanently closed because it was involved in RMT and The decision to terminate the account is final,At this time I must also inform you that any further inquiries regarding this account may be closed without a response.

I did not was involved in RMT!! i am innocent!!!my account was hacked, so not by me!
My account has been locked, I can not create a Topic and game master told me that any further inquiries regarding my account may be closed without a response….
So I borrowed my brother’s account created this Topic

Don’t post your email here! That is just asking for trouble!

This can’t be solved through the forum though. If you are innocent as you say you should contact support again by emailing them. That is the only option you have right now.

First thing, it would be best to edit your post and take out your email.

If its been over 3 days since your last contact with support, go to the stickied: Tickets For Review (3 days and older) at the top section of this forum and post your ticket number and your statement of what happened. It will be reviewed there by Gaile Gray. Good luck.

Your ‘brother’ was on the forums just yesterday, protesting his innocence as well. Oddly enough, he sounds exactly like you! I do hope your entire family exercises some more stringent safeguards, so that you all will stop being hacked by gold-sellers.
