Probably on lowest settings, the processor is on the lower side as well as the graphics card.

laptops are not ideal for GW2. Even high performance desktops have issues in wvw and large events.

At 1366×768 resolution it will run fine on low settings with a couple medium settings for general PvE. Busy events, cities and wvw may be less than adequate.

Yea it will run GW2, but as other have said it will be on low/medium settings and will only be relativly smooth in PvE. Cities and WvW will be a slide show.
