i was running AC p2 like two nights ago and i was lucky enough to get Zap the precursor for Bolt and i accidently equipped it which made it soulbound and i wonder if i could get it unbounded by a gm or something

Note that you can make Bolt and it will be unbound until equipped.

the gift needed are Bind on Account, so just move them to the character that has Zap equipped, and have that character do the combine in the mystic forge.
