i cant tell why i cant run the game
So what exactly is ur problem ?
Is Gw2 starting up but running poorly ? (Low fps ? or Lag (latency/ping issues))
Is it not starting ?
Is it not connecting ?
Add more specific information in ur posts without all the drama :P
You desktop has a really crappy graphics card, its not designed for gaming (for the 500 series the 510 is the lowest media card, the 520 the next one up, u dont get into gaming cards till u hit the 550ti, after that u have the 560/ti, 570, and580 those last 3 r the main gaming cards, the same goes for the 600 series. So dont expect good quality or high fps from the 520. The CPU is ok for PvE but dont expect great fps when u get into WvW battles.
The game advisor isnt very accurate to be honest. Its more a ‘u can run the game’ not a ‘u can play the game’ i.e fps being playable.

with SoarNova here, sorry to tell you this but you need to upgrade.
now the good side is, if the top attachment is a system you own, you may be able to just do a bios update and toss a decent quadcore in that as well as a 650 (nvidia) or 7770 (amd) and gain ALOT fps wise.
the lower system, you can toss a new videocard in an get a big boost, you could toss a better cpu in and get yet another big boost overall.(go for highest clocked chip you can stick in that thing honestly)
minimum upgrade for videocard that would play games decent would be a 650 from nvidia or a 7770 from amd, if you want the best bang for buck for a videocard at the moment you cant beat the 7870 xt(1536 shader model) at 250-265 range, or a first gen 7870 for 180-200range.
