hi i got hacked i made a ticket to get my account back thats been sorted now but i logged in to find out all my gear and gold has gone i have made a ticket last night to get my items back i would just like to know how long it takes thanks for looking

I was hacked this week too but it only took a total of 3 days to get back my account and all items which were taken.

I was lucky because ArenaNet was able to rollback my account to 1 day prior the hack so only lost 1 days worth on money, laurels etc. Unfortunately all the things from the guild bank won’t be recovered but at least I have everything else.

i have my account back now thank god its just my items i need cant play atm im abit frustrated tbh

You may want to update your ticket and request an Account Restoration.

just a update im getting my account restored to the 21st of may just waiting for them to do it support was very helpful i hope it gets restored today so i can play

i also got hacked like 2 days ago, also waiting for restoration.. hope i get it back fast. anyone have an idea how many of us got hacked recently?
