because my gem store wouldn’t work. this was due to a bug in the mac beta client preventing me from accessing the gem store. can you please send me 5 free charges?

I’m really not sure why they didn’t just send everyone the charges via in-game mail considering they knew the TP was not working for the Mac client.

You should open a support ticket chronic and hopefully they will hear you out.

I didn’t get mine either for the same reason! The TP has been nerfed ever since the 4/15 rebuild.

Hey, Anet! What about throwing us Mac users a bone and mailing some transmutation credits? Pretty please!

The same thing happened here.

While the TP worked long enough for me to get the transmutation stones it has stopped working since. It would be a lot better if freebies would be send via in game mail, even if it would require to log in during the special days.
